The PCVFC would like to thank the staff of Pocomoke Elementary School for welcoming us for Fire Prevention Day. This year's theme was "Don't wait, Plan your escape."Firefighters showed students through Engine 102, Tower1, how to Stop Drop &Roll, and how to crawl through the Worcester County Fire Safety Trailer and exit a window in the event of a house fire. Students are reminded to have a meeting spot at home in the event of an emergency and know what their address is in case they have to call 911.
