On 1/10/26 at 6:03 PM, the Pocomoke City Vol. Fire Co. responded to a motor vehicle crash on Rt. 113 in the area of the YMCA. Units arrived to find a 2-vehicle t-bone style crash with one vehicle off the roadway. The crew from Rescue 1 extricated the driver by removing the driver's side doors. One patient was transported to Tidal Health Peninsula by Pocomoke City Emergency Medical Services. Chief Denston had command of the incident. The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office is investigating this crash.
