Worcester Co., MD - On September 15, 2026, at 1:56 a.m., the Pocomoke City Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle crash on Linden Avenue.
Engine 102 and Command 1 responded and arrived to find a single vehicle that had struck a dumpster. The driver was evaluated by Pocomoke City Emergency Medical Services and refused additional medical treatment.
The roadway was closed for a brief period while crews operated on the scene and remained closed until the vehicle was removed.
The Pocomoke City Police Department is investigating the crash.
