Single Vehicle Accident - Cedar Hall Rd.

A single vehicle left the roadway on Cedar Hall Rd., near Dun Swamp Rd. The vehicle came to rest when it struck a man hole cover. The occupant of the vehicle received some facial injuries when the airbag deployed.
