Trash Truck Overturns in Yard

On 12/9/25 at 07:22 AM, the Pocomoke City Vol. Fire Co. responded to the 2000 block of Groton Rd. for a motor vehicle crash. Units arrived to find a single trash truck on its side, partially off the roadway. The driver, who was not injured, was able to self-extricate before crews arrived. Chief Denston had command of the incident. The Worcester County Sheriff's Office is investigating this crash.
